Unapproved definition

Unapproved gates shall mean those gates that do not have written fire marshal approval. Unapproved gates shall be submitted for the fire marshal's approval as specified in section 13‐10 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pasadena.
Unapproved gates/barriers shall mean those gates/barriers that do not have written approval from the Fire Marshal, prove to be inadequate during emergency situations or that have been altered or modified after receiving a Fire Marshal’s Approval.
Unapproved means not approved in accordance with this Act or a predecessor of this Act. R.S.O. 1990, c. C.4, s. 71 (5).
