Unallocated Amounts definition

Unallocated Amounts means any funds credited to the accumulation fund which the insurer is not currently irrevocably committed to apply under the terms of the contract to the payment of benefits by it to specific plan participants or beneficiaries or to the purchase of annuities for specific plan participants, adjusted for any accrued experience rating charges or credits, including expenses and administrative, sales and surrender charges provided for under the contract. See §40.2(z) of Regulation No. 139.
Unallocated Amounts means collectively, that portion of the Annual Oncology Commitment and the Annual Non-Oncology Commitment not allocated to the achievement of any specific activity or purpose under the Development Plan for the upcoming Fiscal Year, and available to the JSC for allocation during such Fiscal Year. For a given Fiscal Year, the Unallocated Amounts shall equal (a) the sum of ((x) the Annual R&D Commitment for such Fiscal Year; plus (y) any Added Amount for carried over from the immediately prior Fiscal Year), less (b) the total Allocated Amounts for such Fiscal Year (i.e., Unallocated Amount = (Annual R&D Commitment + Added Amount) ̶ Allocated Amounts).

  • All amounts constituting Unallocated Amounts for sixty (60) days or more as of the last day of the preceding calendar month shall be deemed to be Oportun Assets, unless a Control Notice has been delivered, in which case such amounts shall remain on deposit in the Servicer Account and treated as Disputed Amounts.

More Definitions of Unallocated Amounts

Unallocated Amounts means collectively, that portion of the Annual Kuur Commitment paid but not spent, and not allocated to the achievement of any specific activity or purpose under the Development Plan in the Fiscal Year paid, and available to the JSC for allocation during such Fiscal Year. For a given Fiscal Year, the Unallocated Amounts shall equal (a) the sum of ((x) the Annual Kuur Commitment for such Fiscal Year; plus (y) any Added Amount for carried over from the immediately prior Fiscal Year), less (b) the total Allocated Amounts for such Fiscal Year (i.e., Unallocated Amount = (Annual Kuur Commitment + Added Amount)  Allocated Amounts).
