Examples of Unaffiliated Person in a sentence
The Trust may enter into a general partnership, joint venture, trust or other business arrangement (other than a corporation) (collectively, a "Joint Venture") with an Unaffiliated Person if all of the following conditions are satisfied.
Unaffiliated Person shall mean any person other than: (1) the Comptroller or a family member of the Comptroller, (2) an officer or employee of OSC, (3) an individual or entity doing business with OSC or the fund, or (4) an individual or entity that has a substantial financial interest in an entity doing business with OSC or the fund.
Corium shall not, directly or through one or more Affiliates, enter into any such agreement with an Unaffiliated Person within the Field on royalty or fee terms less favorable to Corium than those contained in the last offer made to Corium during the negotiations referred to in this Article 3.
CSD shall also have the right, pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.2, to obtain funds as a loan from any Unaffiliated Person.
