Ultrio Development Program definition

Ultrio Development Program means the statement of work for the development of the Ultrio Assay Product under the terms of this Ultrio Addendum, as such development program is described in the Binder, and consists of (i) the Product Requirements Document, (ii) the Software Requirements Specifications, (iii) the Technical Plan, (iv) the Resource Plan included within the Technical Plan, and (v) the Budget.
