UK AIFMD Laws definition
UK AIFMD Laws means (i) the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Regulations
UK AIFMD Laws means (i) the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Regulations 2013 and any other implementing measure which operated to transpose EU AIFM Directive into UK law before 31 January 2020, each as amended from time to time; and (ii) the UK versions of the EU AIFM Delegated Regulation and any other delegated regulations in respect of the EU AIFM Directive, each being part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as further amended and supplemented from time to time
