  • Expenses for spouses who accompany Trustees to UCIP meetings or to approved out-of-state training are the responsibility of the Trustee.

  • Attorneys listed on the UCIP Defense Attorney list shall agree that such consent may place them in a conflict of interest position which would exclude them from consideration of being assigned as defense counsel on actions filed against the elected official or the Member with which they serve.

Related to UCIP

  • MCIP means (i) the joint county industrial park established pursuant to the terms of the MCIP Agreement and (ii) any joint county industrial park created pursuant to a successor park agreement delivered by the County and a partner county in accordance with Section 4-1-170 of the MCIP Act, or any successor provision, with respect to the Project.
