Buyer agrees to accept the Title Commitment attached hereto as Exhibit L (the “Title Commitment”) and the UCC-11 Search attached hereto as Exhibit M (the “UCC Search”) as evidence of the status of the Partnership’s title to the Property as of the dates set forth therein and for purposes of defining Permitted Encumbrances.
