UCC-1 Financing Statements definition

UCC-1 Financing Statements means such UCC-1 Financing Statements as Lender shall file with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

UCC-1 Financing Statements means such UCC-1 Financing Statements as FFCA shall require to be executed and delivered by Debtor with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

• The Credit Parties shall have duly authorized, executed and delivered any other related documentation necessary or advisable to perfect the Lien on the Collateral in the jurisdiction of incorporation of the Credit Parties, including such UCC-1 Financing Statements and any and all documents necessary to complete any filings which Lender shall require in connection with this Agreement.

• Borrower’s exact legal name is correctly set forth on the first page of this Agreement, on the Mortgage and on any UCC-1 Financing Statements filed in connection with the Loan.

More Definitions of UCC-1 Financing Statements

UCC-1 Financing Statements means the UCC-1 Financing Statements filed by the Pledgor to perfect the security interests in the Collateral granted herein.
