UCC-1 definition

UCC-1. UCC-2" and "UCC-3": UCC financing statements on Form UCC-1, Form UCC-2 and Form UCC-3, respectively.
UCC-1 means those UCC financing statements and fixture filings filed by the Company or any Guarantor in connection with any of the Collateral Documents.
UCC-1 means a financing statement, substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Attachment No. 13.

More Definitions of UCC-1

UCC-1 means each financing statement to be filed pursuant to the ----- Uniform Commercial Code, as enacted in any state in which any of the Collateral is located, in order to perfect the Collateral Agent's lien on the Collateral.
