UC Berkeley Technology definition

UC Berkeley Technology means (i) any and all information and materials, including discoveries, improvements, processes, methods, protocols, formulas, data, inventions, know-how and/or trade secrets, patentable or otherwise, and (ii) any and all Patent Rights, in each case of (i) and (ii), which are licensed to Ambrx pursuant to the that certain UC Berkeley License.

  • Alternative energy technology means equipment, component parts, materials, electronic devices, testing equipment, and related systems that are specifically designed, specifically fabricated, and used primarily for 1 or more of the following:
