Uber Rider definition

Uber Rider means any person who applied to receive Uber Services, or otherwise provided personal information to Uber or its agents or any other entity for purposes of obtaining Uber Services. An individual is considered an Uber Rider regardless of whether that person ultimately purchases any services from Uber.
