Uber Eats App means a website, application or other technology interface made available by Uber and/or its Affiliates to Customers, on a royalty-free basis, to purchase Items and, if applicable, delivery services from Merchant.
Uber Eats App means the mobile application of Uber Portier and/or its Affiliates provided to authorized Delivery Recipients seeking on-demand requests for delivery services.
