Uber Competitor definition

Uber Competitor means any person engaged in the lead-generation, demand prediction, payment processing or other related services for the delivery of food and beverages who, in the reasonable determination of Uber, is deemed to be a competitor of the Uber Eats App.
Uber Competitor means any other company engaged in the provision or facilitation of on-demand transportation or logistics services. Examples of Uber Competitor in a sentence
