UASI Management Team definition

UASI Management Team means The City of San Diego Office of Homeland Security Executive Director, Program Manager, Program Coordinator, as well as project, grant, and administrative staff. The Executive Director appoints members to the Management Team to implement the policies of the UAWG.

  • SUBRECIPIENT shall promptly comply with all standards, specifications and formats of San Francisco and the UASI Management Team, as they may from time to time exist, related to evaluation, planning and monitoring of the Grant Plan and compliance with this Agreement.

  • No document furnished or to be furnished by SUBRECIPIENT to the UASI Management Team or to City in connection with this Agreement, any Reimbursement Request or any other document relating to any of the foregoing, contains or will contain any untrue statement of material fact or omits or will omit a material fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading, under the circumstances under which any such statement shall have been made.

  • The UASI Management Team will review all Reimbursement Requests for compliance with this Agreement and all applicable guidelines and requirements.

  • SUBRECIPIENT agrees to provide detailed project information to FEMA, Cal OES and/or the UASI Management Team, to cooperate fully in the review, and to prepare any documents requested for the review.

Related to UASI Management Team

  • Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Leader means the person vested from time to time (in accordance with law and the applicable constitutional arrangements) with the political leadership, for the purposes of this Agreement, of each of the London Local Authorities listed in Part 1 of Schedule 1

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
