Type 3 Restriction of Use definition

Type 3 Restriction of Use means a single Restriction of Use of more than 120 consecutive hours (including any part of that Restriction of Use which occurs during a Public Holiday); "Unplanned Over-run Period" shall have the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 2.12(a)(ii)(A); "Viable Transfer Point" a station normally served by the services operated by the Train Operator, and equipped to enable the efficient and safe transfer of trainloads of passengers to and from alternative modes of transport, and/or services operated by other Train Operators, and which the parties have agreed, and set out in Annex B, shall be used for the purpose of providing bus substitution services, and for calculating the cost of bus substitution services in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4 "Costs compensation for Network Rail Restrictions of Use";
