Tyco Indemnification Agreement definition

Tyco Indemnification Agreement means the indemnification agreement to be entered into by the Company and the other parties identified therein as of the Closing substantially in the form of Exhibit J hereto.
Tyco Indemnification Agreement means the Indemnification Agreement dated as of December 22, 2010 among Atkore Group, Holdings, the Company, Tyco, Seller and Tyco Manager, as amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time.
