TWO TO SIGN definition

TWO TO SIGN means an Account with multiple signatories where two or more of those signatories must authorise transactions on an account.
TWO TO SIGN you may honour a cheque or other withdrawal from the Account only if the cheque or other withdrawal has been signed by any two of the Signing Authorities. Where no selection is made you will have deemed your Account, or Sub-Account “ANY ONE TO SIGN”.

  • Consent to subcontract means the Contracting Officer’s written consent for the Contractor to enter into a particular subcontract.

  • duly sign means a Declaration Certificate for Local Content that has been signed by the Chief Financial Officer or other legally responsible person nominated in writing by the Chief Executive, or senior member / person with management responsibility(close corporation, partnership or individual).

  • E-SIGN means the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.), as it may be amended from time to time, or any applicable additional or successor legislation that governs the same subject matter.
