Upon expiry of the Forty Day Period and receipt by the Registrar from each beneficial owner of an interest in the Notes of certification of beneficial ownership of the Notes by non-US Persons (which certification may be contained in a Form of Election or a TTE Instruction), the Temporary Global Certificate will be exchanged in whole but not in part for Notes represented by a definitive Note certificate (the "Definitive Certificate").
In addition, only your CREST sponsor will be able to send the TTE Instruction to Euroclear in relation to your Ordinary Shares.
If you wish to receive New Aurora Shares in respect of all of your Shares, there is no need to complete and return a Form of Election (which you will receive if you hold your Shares in certificated form) or to submit a TTE Instruction (if you hold your Shares in uncertificated form).
If you wish to receive cash in respect of all or part of your holding of Shares, you must either complete and return a Form of Election or submit a TTE Instruction (depending on how your Shares are held) in respect of the number of Shares for which you wish to receive cash.
If you hold Ordinary Shares in CREST but under different member account IDs, you should submit a separate TTE Instruction in respect of each member account ID.
