TSX Venture Policies means the rules and policies of the TSX Venture as amended from time to time. 2.2 Currency. Unless otherwise indicated, all dollar amounts referred to in this Plan are in Canadian funds. 2.3 Gender. Related to TSX Venture Policies

  • TSX-V means the TSX Venture Exchange.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Applicable Insurance Regulatory Authority means the insurance department or similar insurance regulatory or administrative authority or agency of the jurisdiction in which the Company is domiciled.

  • Securities Regulatory Authorities means the securities commission or similar regulatory authority in each province and territory of Canada that is responsible for administering the Canadian securities legislation in force in such jurisdictions;

  • Insider Trading Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.

  • Group Policy /”policy” means the breakdown policy as set out in this document;

  • Applicable Policies means the policies, bylaws, directives, regulations, guidelines, codes of conduct, rules, systems and procedures of AHS listed in Schedule “F” attached.
