TSX Venture Policies means the rules and policies of the TSX Venture as amended from time to time. 2.2 Currency. Unless otherwise indicated, all dollar amounts referred to in this Plan are in Canadian funds. 2.3 Gender. As used in this Plan, words importing the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter genders and words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, unless the context otherwise requires. 2.4 Interpretation.   • Securities Regulatory Authorities means the securities commission or similar regulatory authority in each province and territory of Canada that is responsible for administering the Canadian securities legislation in force in such jurisdictions;

  • Insider Trading Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.

  • Group Policy /”policy” means the breakdown policy as set out in this document;
