Trust’s Agent means Waterfall Asset Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, in its capacity as Trust’s Agent pursuant to the Administrative Agency Agreement.

Related to Trust’s Agent

  • Rights Agent means the Rights Agent named in the first paragraph of this Agreement, until a successor Rights Agent shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Agreement, and thereafter “Rights Agent” shall mean such successor Rights Agent.

  • Trust Agent means U.S. Bank, as Trust Agent under the Titling Trust Agreement.
