Trustee Agreements definition

Trustee Agreements means, collectively, the Indenture, the Indenture Notes and all agreements, documents and instruments now or at any time hereafter executed and/or delivered by the Company or any other person to, with or in favor of the Trustee in connection therewith or related thereto, as all of the foregoing now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
Trustee Agreements means, collectively, the WAM Trustee Agreement, the YBL Trustee Agreement, and the CW Trustee Agreement.
Trustee Agreements. Has the meaning specified in Section 3.04(a).

  • Owner Trustee shall perform its obligations under the Owner Trustee Agreements in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Trustee Agreement means the trustee agreement entered into on or before the Issue Date, between the Issuer and the Trustee, or any replacement trustee agreement entered into after the Issue Date between the Issuer and a trustee, regarding, inter alia, the remuneration payable to the Trustee or a replacement trustee.

  • Custodial Agreement An agreement that may be entered into among the Company, the Master Servicer, the Trustee and a Custodian pursuant to which the Custodian will hold certain documents relating to the Mortgage Loans on behalf of the Trustee. Custodian: A custodian appointed pursuant to a Custodial Agreement.
