Trust Unitholders definition

Trust Unitholders means the holders from time to time of one or more Trust Units;

  • The rights of a Trust Unitholder whose Trust Units are held through the Depository shall be exercised only through the Depository and the CDS Participants and shall be limited to those established by law and agreements between such Trust Unitholders and the Depository and/or the CDS Participants or upon instruction from the CDS Participants.

  • Not less than 10 days prior notice shall be given of the time and manner for holding such adjourned meeting in the manner provided in Section 12.2. Such notice shall state that at the adjourned meeting the Trust Unitholders present in person, by Virtual Meeting (if provided) or by proxy shall form a quorum but it shall not be necessary to set forth the purposes for which the meeting was originally called or any other particulars.
