Trust Related Securities definition

Trust Related Securities means any obligations evidenced by debt securities (and guarantees in respect of those debt securities) initially issued to any trust, partnership or other entity affiliated with the Company that is, directly or indirectly, a financing vehicle of the Company in connection with the issuance by such entity of capital securities or other similar securities.
Trust Related Securities means any obligations evidenced by debt securities (and guarantees in respect of those debt securities) initially issued to any trust (including without limitation any Issuer Trust), partnership or other entity affiliated with the Company that is or was, directly or indirectly, a financing vehicle of the Company or a predecessor of the Company in connection with the issuance by such entity of capital securities or other similar securities.
