Trust Mortgage File definition

Trust Mortgage File means the mortgage documents listed in the definition of “Mortgage File” hereof pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan (and, if applicable, the related Serviced Companion Loan and the related B Note) and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement; provided that whenever the term “Trust Mortgage File” is used to refer to documents actually received by the Custodian (on behalf of the Trustee), such terms shall not be deemed to include such documents required to be included therein unless they are actually so received.

  • The Custodian (on behalf of the Trustee) hereby acknowledges receipt of a Trust Mortgage File for each Mortgage Loan and confirms that, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, all documents listed in clauses (i), (ii), (vii), (viii), (x) and (xii) of the definition of “Mortgage File” are in its possession.

  • The Custodian or its authorized agents shall retain possession and custody of each Trust Mortgage File in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • Servicer Mortgage Loan File As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.

  • Loan File means, with respect to each Loan delivered to the Custodian, each of the Loan Documents identified on the related Loan Checklist.

  • Other Servicer Mortgage Loan Any of the Mortgage Loans, if any, identified in Exhibit F-2 hereto, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time in connection with a substitution pursuant to Sections 2.02 or 2.06, which Mortgage Loan is serviced under an Other Servicing Agreement.

  • CMSA Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Special Servicer.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Pledged Asset Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan as to which, at the time of origination, a Letter of Credit was issued in favor of the initial holder of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Pool 1 Mortgage Loans Any Mortgage Loan in Pool 1.

  • MERS Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan registered with MERS on the MERS System.

  • Collateral File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a file containing each of the Collateral Documents.

  • Sale and Servicing Agreement Collateral shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
