Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).
Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.
Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated not less than A3 by Moody’s, A- by Standard & Poor’s, A- by Fitch or an equivalent rating by any other NRSRO (or any such rating’s future equivalent) or if not rated, determined by the Adviser to be of comparable quality.
Note Account As defined in the Indenture.
Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(ii).
Private Account means the portion of a portfolio of a private client or mutual fund client for which the Adviser serves as investment adviser or subadviser.

Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.
Trust Accounts has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.1.
Reserve Accounts means the Tax and Insurance Reserve Account, the Leasing Reserve Account or any other escrow account established by the Loan Documents.
Liquidity Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(A)(iii).
Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.
Administration Account As defined in Section 7.02.
Direct Account : means any Account which is not an ISA Account.
General Account consists of all our assets other than those held in any separate investment accounts.
Reserve Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.07.
Surplus Account has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.02(a).
Liquidity Account has the meaning set forth in Section 6.22(a).
Holding Account means an account:
Collateral Accounts means any and all accounts established and maintained by the Pledgee in the name of any Pledgor to which Collateral may be credited.
Trading Account means the unique personified register of all completed transactions, open positions, orders and nontrading operations on the trading platform.
Custodial Accounts Each Custodial Account (other than an Escrow Account) established and maintained by a Servicer pursuant to a Servicing Agreement with respect to the Mortgage Loans.
Compliance account means a NOx allowance tracking system account, established by the U.S. EPA for a NOx budget unit under section 10 of this rule, in which the NOx allowance allocations for the unit are initially recorded and in which are held NOx allowances available for use by the unit for an ozone control period for the purpose of meeting the unit’s NOx budget emissions limitation.
Insurance Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6 hereof.
Payment Account means a segregated non-interest-bearing corporate trust account maintained by the Property Trustee for the benefit of the Holders in which all amounts paid in respect of the Notes will be held and from which the Property Trustee, through the Paying Agent, shall make payments to the Holders in accordance with Sections 3.1, 4.1 and 4.2.
Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).
