Trust Fund Units definition

Trust Fund Units means the units of measure of an Employee’s proportionate undivided beneficial interest in one or more of the Investment Funds, valued as of the close of business.
Trust Fund Units means the units of measure of an Employee's proportionate undivided beneficial interest in one or more of the Investment Funds, other than in the Beneficial Mutual Bancorp, Inc. Stock Fund, valued as of the close of business.

  • The assets of any Account shall consist of the Trust Fund Units credited to such Account.

In the event that a Buydown Fund Account is established pursuant to clause (b) of the preceding sentence, amounts held in such Buydown Fund Account shall not exceed the level of deposit insurance coverage on such account; accordingly, more than one Buydown Fund Account may be established.
