Trust Financing Account definition

Trust Financing Account means any deposit, trust, escrow or similar account maintained for the benefit of the Creditors of any Trust Financing, as specified in the related Trust Financing Agreement. Each Trust Financing Agreement shall require that each Trust Financing Account is established at a Qualified Institution.

Examples of Trust Financing Account in a sentence

  • Pursuant to this Agreement and the Indenture, the Grantor, the Servicer and the Financial Institution have established the following accounts, subject to the lien of the Secured Party (each, a “Collateral Account”), each of which Collateral Accounts shall be a Trust Financing Account: (i) “Series 2021-2 Distribution Account – U.S. Bank National Association, as Note Paying Agent, as secured party for the benefit of the Secured Parties of Verizon Master Trust, Series 2021-2” with account number 215130000.

  • Each of the Series 2021-1 Accounts (x) shall constitute a Trust Financing Account for Series 2021-1 and (y) has been (or will be) pledged by the Trust to the Indenture Trustee for the sole benefit of the Series 2021-1 Secured Parties of Series 2021-1.

Related to Trust Financing Account

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Servicing Account The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.09.
