Trust Collection Account definition

Trust Collection Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.01(c).
Trust Collection Account means the trust account designated as such established and maintained pursuant to Section 8.2(a) of the Indenture.
Trust Collection Account means an Eligible Account established by the Owner Trustee pursuant to Section 5.01(a) of the Trust Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Servicer shall not be permitted to exercise such option unless the amount to be deposited into the Trust Collection Account pursuant to the preceding sentence is greater than or equal to the sum of the Outstanding Amount of the Notes, and all accrued but unpaid interest (including any overdue interest and premium) thereon and all amounts owing to the Asset Representations Reviewer under the Asset Representations Review Agreement.
