Trust Calculation Period definition

Trust Calculation Period means the period from (and including) the first date of each calendar month (or in the case of the first such Trust Calculation Period, the Initial Closing Date) to (and including) the last day of the same calendar month;
Trust Calculation Period means the period commencing on (and including) the date immediately following the last Trust Calculation Date to (and including) the current Trust Calculation Date. The initial Trust Calculation Period will be (i) with respect to the First Trust, from and including the Trust Commencement Date to and including the first Trust Calculation Date to occur on [March 24, 2023] and(ii) with respect to the Second Trust, from and including the Trust Commencement Date of the Second Trust to and including the first Trust Calculation Date to occur on [March 24, 2023].

Examples of Trust Calculation Period in a sentence

  • Such increase shall be allocated to the Beneficiaries at any time in proportion to their respective percentage shares in the Trust Property as determined in respect of the Trust Calculation Period or Interim Calculation Period, as the case may be, in which the arrears occur.

  • On any Trust Calculation Date in respect of which a Sale Date or a Further Contribution Date has occurred during the immediately preceding Trust Calculation Period, the Cash Manager will calculate (for the sole purpose of making the distributions to be made on the immediately succeeding Distribution Date) the weighted average of the Funding 1 Share Percentage in respect of each Interim Trust Calculation Period occurring in that immediately preceding Trust Calculation Period.

  • The aggregate amount of the withdrawal on each Distribution Date shall equal the Mortgages Trustee Available Revenue Receipts (as calculated on the immediately preceding Trust Calculation Date in respect of the immediately preceding Trust Calculation Period).

  • On any Trust Calculation Date in respect of which an Interim Trust Recalculation Event has occurred during the immediately preceding Trust Calculation Period, the Cash Manager will calculate (for the sole purpose of making the distributions to be made and allocating the Losses to be applied on the immediately succeeding Distribution Date) the weighted average of the Seller Share Percentages in respect of each Interim Trust Calculation Period occurring in that immediately preceding Trust Calculation Period.

  • If an Interim Trust Recalculation Event has occurred during a Trust Calculation Period, then the amount of Losses shall be multiplied by the Weighted Average Funding Share (Losses) Percentage calculated on the Trust Calculation Date immediately preceding that Distribution Date, rather than the Current Funding Share Percentage, the product of which shall be allocated to Funding (until the Funding Share is zero), and the remainder of such Losses shall be allocated to the Seller.

  • Realised losses experienced on the Mortgage Loans during a Trust Calculation Period in circumstances where there is no material breach of representation or warranty by the Seller with respect to such Mortgage Loans and which do not otherwise constitute a Denominator Reduction Event (such realised losses together being "Losses") will be allocated to each of the Issuer and the Seller in accordance with the Issuer Share Percentage and the Seller Share Percentage.

Related to Trust Calculation Period

  • Interest Calculation Period means the period or periods for the calculation of the interest shown on the mortgage form;

  • Interest Calculation Date if applicable, shall have the meaning set forth in the Series Term Sheet.

  • The calculation date means the first date on which the purchasers of ordinary shares of the Company shall not be granted the rights to receive the dividend payment (the first date that the SET posts XD sign).

  • Redemption Calculation Date means the sixth Payment Business Day prior to the date on which the Notes are redeemed as a result of any event specified in this § 5(3).(b) Notice of redemption shall be given by the Issuer to the Holders in accordance with § 14 and shall be delivered to the Fiscal Agent not less than 15 days before and shall at least specify:

  • Recalculation Date means the Valuation Date that gives rise to the dispute under Paragraph 5; provided, however, that if a subsequent Valuation Date occurs under Paragraph 3 prior to the resolution of the dispute, then the “Recalculation Date” means the most recent Valuation Date under Paragraph 3.

  • Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date of the relevant amount under these Conditions;

  • FX Calculation Date means each day on which FX is published by the Fixing Sponsor. "FX Call Event" means each of the following events:

  • Distribution Determination Date means, in respect of any Distribution Period, that number of business days prior thereto as is set out in the applicable Pricing Supplement or on the face of the relevant Perpetual Security;

  • Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.

  • RMB Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two RMB Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date for payment of the relevant Renminbi amount under the Conditions.

  • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and

  • Reset Determination Date means, in respect of the First Reset Period, the second Business Day prior to the First Reset Date and, in respect of each Subsequent Reset Period thereafter, the second Business Day prior to the first day of each such Subsequent Reset Period;

  • Fixed Rate Calculation Date means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Subsequent Fixed Rate Period.

  • Monthly Report Determination Date The meaning specified in Section 10.7(a).

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.

  • SOFR Interest Determination Date means the day that is the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the Interest Payment Date in respect of the relevant Interest Period, as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement.In addition to defining the relevant Interest Periods and Interest Payment Dates, the applicable Pricing Supplement shall specify and describe, as applicable, any relevant interest commencement date, interest period end date, interest determination date, index maturity, rate cut-off date, any other terms relating to the particular method of calculating interest on the Compound SOFR Note (including any applicable payment delay, lockout or suspension period, lookback or observation shift) and any other terms applicable specifically to such Compound SOFR Note.Average SOFR NotesUnless otherwise provided for or modified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, Average SOFR Notes will bear interest at a rate per annum equal to Average SOFR (as defined below) plus the Spread.With respect to any Interest Period, unless otherwise specified or modified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, “Average SOFR” will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on each SOFR Interest Determination Date (as defined below) as follows (with the resulting percentage being rounded, if necessary, to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards to 0.00001): 0 Where:

  • Calculation Date means each day on which the Reference Price is published by the Index Sponsor or the Index Calculation Agent, as the case may be.

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Payment Determination Date means, with respect to any Payment Date, one (1) Business Day immediately preceding such Payment Date.

  • Reset Interest Determination Date means, in respect of any Reset Period, the day falling two Business Days prior to the beginning of the relevant Reset Period;

  • Nomination Period means a period of time that Customer includes in a nomination for gas service.

  • Determination Date With respect to any Distribution Date, the 15th day of the month of such Distribution Date or, if such 15th day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Reconciliation Period is each calendar month.

  • Valuation Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).

  • Non-Lead Securitization Determination Date means the “determination date” (or any term substantially similar thereto) as defined in the related Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
