Trucking Assets means, generally, certain assets relating to trucking transportation of petroleum products and owned by Affiliates of the MLP, which Affiliates are neither Borrowers nor Guarantors, as more particularly described in the Trucking Assets Acquisition Documents.
Trucking Assets means all those certain commercial tractors, commercial trailers, and associated rigging, gauging, and metering equipment listed on Schedule 1.1-TA.
