troubleshoot and resolve means the process for diagnosing and resolving problems caused by application breaks in functional configuration and/or custom development provided by Service Provider. It does not address underlying software bugs or defects for Third Party software. Under this Project Work Order, Projects (if any) will be addressed through the Change Control Procedures.
