Trinity IC Representative definition

Trinity IC Representative means the Person designated by Trinity to act as its representative in approving or disapproving matters requiring Prior Investment Committee Approval hereunder. Trinity may designate, remove, or designate a successor to, the Trinity IC Representative by written notice thereof to FSFC.
