TriMas means TriMas Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
TriMas means TriMas Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. “Type,” when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether the rate of interest on such Loan, or on the Loans comprising such Borrowing, is determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate or the Alternate Base Rate.
TriMas has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

TriMas means TriMas Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan; its successors and assigns; and its subsidiaries, divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships, and joint ventures, and their directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees.
TriMas shall have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
