TRAX definition

TRAX means the post trade, pre settlement, trade matching and regulatory reporting system operated by the Company which is recognised by the FSA as an ARM;
TRAX means the web-based application used to facilitate communication between Participants and Transfer Agents for the purposes described in the Procedures and User Guides.

End users import files with the client-level data in a specific format into TRAX, and TRAX generates the compliant file.
