Travel Organizer definition

Travel Organizer means any person who habitually or regularly undertakes to perform the contract defined in paragraph 2, whether or not such activity is his main business and whether or not he exercises such activity on a professional basis.
Travel Organizer has closed an Agreement on Insurance in case of liability for the damages to the Travel Agent, that is, the Traveler, by the failure to fulfill, partially or irregularly fulfilling the obligations in relation to the Travel Package Deal.
Travel Organizer or “intermediary” means any merchant who undertakes to perform the contract defined in article 33 in his own name to provide for another, for an inclusive price, a combination of services comprising transportation, accommodation separate from the transportation or any other service relating thereto.
