Trash and debris definition

Trash and debris means items that have no apparent utility or are in an insanitary condition. Trash and debris may include property that appears to have been discarded by its owner, but the fact that property is unattended does not necessarily mean that it has been discarded.
Trash and debris means all manner of refuse including but not limited to: mounds of dirt, piles of leaves, grass and weed clippings, paper trash, useless fragments of building-material, rubble, furniture other than furniture designed for outside use, useless household items
