Transporter's Tariff definition

Transporter's Tariff means the tariff provisions of Transporter, as approved by the FERC, or any successor thereto, and Buyer's or Seller's contractual arrangements with Transporter, including changes to such tariff and arrangements made after this Agreement is effective.
Transporter's Tariff means the tariff provisions of Transporter, as approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, or any successor thereto, ("FERC"), including changes to such tariff made after this Agreement is effective, and Buyer's contractual arrangements with Transporter. If FERC should determine that Transporter's Tariff shall cease to apply, in whole or in part, to transactions hereunder, the parties will promptly meet to determine and negotiate mutually acceptable replacement guidelines and standards. In that event, until an agreement is reached, the most recently effective Transporter's Tariff shall continue to apply.
Transporter's Tariff means Transporter’s FERC Gas Tariff, as amended by Transporter and approved by FERC from time to time.

  • This Contract and all provisions contained or incorporated herein are subject to the provisions of Rate Schedule FT and of the General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's Tariff, as such may be revised or superseded from time to time, all of which by this reference are made a part hereof.

  • It is further agreed that Transporter may seek authorization from the Commission and/or other appropriate body at any time and from time to time to change any rates, charges or other provisions in the applicable Rate Schedule and General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's Tariff, and Transporter shall have the right to place such changes in effect in accordance with the Natural Gas Act.

  • Each EBB user shall bear the consequences of any failure in its own EBB-related equipment or system, and no such failure shall in any way affect the requirements under Transporter's Tariff or Service Agreements for communications, or the impact under the Tariff or Service Agreements of any failure by either party to make or receive such communications.


More Definitions of Transporter's Tariff

Transporter's Tariff means the currently effective tariff of Transporter filed with the FERC. (x) "Year" shall mean a period of three hundred sixty-five (365) consecutive days with a one day adjustment for leap years. ARTICLE II

Related to Transporter's Tariff

  • Transporter(s) means all Gas gathering or pipeline companies, or local distribution companies, acting in the capacity of a transporter, transporting Gas for Seller or Buyer upstream or downstream, respectively, of the Delivery Point pursuant to a particular transaction.

  • CAISO Tariff means the CAISO FERC Electric Tariff, Fifth Replacement Volume No. 1, as amended from time to time.

  • PJM Tariff or “Tariff shall mean that certain “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff”, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.

  • ISO Tariff means the ISO New England Inc. Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff No. 3, as amended, modified, superseded and supplemented from time to time, and including the Market Rules and Procedures.

  • PJM Tariffs means the PJM OATT and the PJM Amended and Restated Operating Agreement, collectively.

  • ISO-NE Tariff means ISO-NE’s Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff No. 3, as amended from time to time.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • NYISO Tariffs means the NYISO OATT and the NYISO Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (“Services Tariff”), collectively.

  • Tariff means a filing made at the state or federal level for the provision of a telecommunications service by a telecommunications carrier that provides for the terms, conditions and pricing of that service. Such filing may be required or voluntary and may or may not be specifically approved by the Commission or FCC.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB) refers to the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-xxxx environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Electricity Supply Code means the Electricity Supply Code specified under section 50;

  • Transportation fuel means electricity and any liquid or

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • Interconnection Regulations means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017 (as amended).
