Transportation Network Vehicle definition
Transportation Network Vehicle means a Vehicle for Hire which is used to provide Pre-Arranged Service for compensation and for which service is exclusively arranged through an App administered or promoted by a Transportation Network Company and for which a Transportation Network Vehicle endorsement has been issued by the Municipality;
