Transportation L/C definition
Transportation L/C means (a) any Letters of Credit securing pipeline companies for transportation expenses with an expiry date of three hundred sixty-five (365) days or less, and (b) any Letters of Credit to be used to purchase Product for resale or to secure the purchase of Product with an expiry date of more than ninety (90) days but less than three hundred sixty-six (366) days.
