Transportation Claims definition

Transportation Claims means any claim of or by any shipper, receiver, or Independent Contractor for loss, damage or overcharge arising before the Closing out of, based upon, or in any way related to a transportation transaction or activity, including claims for personal injury, death, or property damage.
