Transport Management Centre (TMC) definition
Transport Management Centre (TMC) means the centre that is responsible for the efficient operation and free flow of traffic including the issuing of Road Occupancy Licences where applicable and in field management of traffic around major unplanned incidents. The TMC has the power to have obstructions to traffic removed and to direct the Service Provider in the circumstances stated in the Contract.
