Transmission System(s) definition

Transmission System(s) means the transmission system(s) of the Transmission Provider(s) to be used by Seller for the purpose of transmitting Energy to and at, the Delivery Point; or by PGE for the purpose of transmitting Energy at and from, the Delivery Point.
Transmission System(s) means transmission and distribution facilities maintained and operated by members who are General Transmission and Distribution Companies or Transmission Companies.
Transmission System(s) means the facilities, including PCFs, owned, controlled, or operated by the Owners, either jointly or individually, for purposes of providing transmission service, including services under the NYPP Agreement, the NYSEG Tariff, the NYISO Tariff, and the PJM Tariff, and Interconnection Service.

More Definitions of Transmission System(s)

Transmission System(s) means the facilities utilized to provide Transmission Service. “Unspecified Energy” means energy from Fossil Fuel-Fired Resources or any energy not supplied from an Eligible Renewable Resource, Carbon-Free Resource, or from an ACS system.
