Transmission Losses definition

Transmission Losses means transmission losses for the conveyance of Electricity sold by the Company to the Customer from the point of exit from the 66kV of the Transmission System to the Delivery Point;
Transmission Losses means the cost of delivering Energy on the transmission system between the point of receipt and the point of delivery attributable to real energy losses, as defined in the applicable MISO FERC-approved tariff, or as defined in the FERC pro forma Open Access Transmission Tariff applied by the applicable transmission owners.
Transmission Losses means the total of Energy losses on the Maritime Link, as determined in accordance with Schedule 1;

Examples of Transmission Losses in a sentence

  • Each Participating TO will be responsible for recovering any deficits or crediting any surpluses associated with differences in Transmission Losses and Transmission Loss requirements and/or Ancillary Services requirements, through its bilateral arrangements or its Transmission Owner Tariff.

More Definitions of Transmission Losses

Transmission Losses means the units of electricity unaccounted for on the national electricity transmission system as allocated in accordance with the BSC and The Energy Market Investigation (Electricity Transmission Losses) Order 2016;
