Transitioned Employee definition

Transitioned Employee has the meaning set forth in Exhibit 14.
Transitioned Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(b).
Transitioned Employee means an Employee who becomes employed by an Employer by reason of a merger or acquisition transaction. A Transitioned Employee shall be considered to be a Transitioned Employee on the date he or she is first employed by an Employer.

Examples of Transitioned Employee in a sentence

  • During the first fiscal year after the Effective Date, prior to making any employment change (including but not limited to termination, reassignment, or promotion) with respect to any Transitioned Employee, MTC will provide the ABAG Executive Board with 30 days prior written notice of the intended change before any action is taken.

  • No Transitioned Employee may be terminated, reassigned, or promoted during such period without prior written notice to the ABAG Executive Board and the affected LCP, if applicable.

More Definitions of Transitioned Employee

Transitioned Employee means each Designated Employee who accepts an offer of employment from Contractor or a Subcontractor and becomes an employee of Contractor or a Subcontractor pursuant to this Agreement.
