Product Returns, Commercial Rebates and Chargebacks are to be processed by the Parties in accordance with the provisions of the Transition Service and Technology Transfer Agreement.

Collaboration Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
Transition Agreement means the Transition Power Sales Agreement dated as of November 24, 1998, by and between Seller, Southern Energy, Southern Energy Bowline, L.L.C. and Southern Energy Xxxxxx, L.L.C.
Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.
