Transition Periods definition

Transition Periods means the time beginning on the Effective Date and continuing until Steady State during which (i) preparation and transition activities and milestones occur for the full and complete transition of C&C and STS Services from OD to ACS in accordance with the Transition Plan.
Transition Periods means each of the Buyer Transition Period and the Seller Transition Period. See attached.
Transition Periods means each of the Buyer Transition Period and the Seller Transition Period.

Examples of Transition Periods in a sentence

  • The developing country Party shall promptly notify the other Parties of each step in accordance with Article 27.7 (Reporting in relation to Party-specific Transition Periods).

  • The Term of this Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will continue until the expiration or termination of all Order Forms, Statements of Work, and Transition Periods governed by this Agreement, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms herein.

  • At all times, including during and after the Transition Periods (if Employee’s employment is continued), Employee’s employment shall be at-will, which means that either Employee or Pulaski Bank or Busey Bank, as applicable, may terminate Employee’s employment for any or no reason at any time with or without warning or notice to the other party.
