Road construction, reconstruction, or repair activities shall not sidecast material into the Watercourse or Lake Transition Line.
Road maintenance shall not sidecast material into the Watercourse and Lake Transition Line.
Transition means the:
Distribution line means any single or multiphase electric power line operating at nominal voltage in either of the following ranges: 2,000 to 26,000 volts between ungrounded conductors or 1,155 to 15,000 volts between grounded and ungrounded conductors, regardless of the functional service provided by the line.
Transition Services Agreements means the transition services agreements between the Purchaser and one or more of the Sellers in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibit D and Exhibit E.
Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and
