Transition area waiver definition

Transition area waiver or “waiver” means a waiver issued by the Department under this chapter, authorizing any of the regulated activities enumerated at N.J.A.C. 7:7A-2.3 in a transition area.
Transition area waiver. An approval that is required by the Department in order to conduct certain regulated activities in a transitional area that is adjacent to a valuable wetland.
