Transformation Services means the services agreed between the Parties pursuant to Schedule 8 (Transition and Transformation) including but not limited to Committed Transformation Services and, where agreed between the Parties from time to time, Future Transformation services.

• For all Applications Service Provider shall review and validate the DIR Customer’s RTO business need within the Transformation Services and provide an opportunity for the DIR Customer to request a change in the RTO.

• The Service Provider will ensure adequate capacity/Equipment upon completion of the Transformation Services in respect of such Application to be able to perform Application recovery at the DIR Customer’s requested RTO DR Level.

• Service Provider shall perform the Transformation Services, including provision of the deliverables described and provided for in the Transformation Plan.

• DIR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or delay the performance of the Transformation Services and/or the transformation of all or any part of the Services.

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DIR shall not incur any charges, fees or expenses payable to Service Provider in connection with the Transformation Services, other than those charges, fees and expenses specified in Exhibit 4.

More Definitions of Transformation Services

Transformation Services means the services provided by the CONTRACTOR under Schedule 7 (Transformation);

Transformation Services has the meaning given in the TI Exhibit.

Transformation Services means the tasks described in the “Transformation” Schedule. Transition and Transformation Committee means the committee comprised of personnel of both Provider and Customer described in the “Account Governance” Exhibit. Transition means the transition or implementation of resources and operational responsibilities for performance of the Services to Provider.

Transformation Services has the meaning set out in paragraph 1.1.1(i) of Schedule 8 (Transition & Transformation).
