Transferred Deliverables definition

Transferred Deliverables means (where applicable) the Deliverables which are described as “Transferred Deliverables” in the Special Terms (Schedule 1) and/or the Terms of Reference (Schedule 2) or in respect of which this Agreement otherwise provides that ownership of Intellectual Property Rights is to be assigned to the British Council. Any headings in this Agreement shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement. A reference to a statute or statutory provision is a reference to it as it is in force for the time being, taking account of any amendment, extension, or re-enactment and includes any subordinate legislation for the time being in force made under it.

Transferred Deliverables. All outputs including the data gathering tool and final report as more fully described in Schedule 2 (Specification).
